Stretching like a string of pearls in a beautiful blue sea, Flinders Island is the largest of the 52 granite islands situated in the eastern Bass Strait between Tasmania and mainland Australia. Full of history and romance, home of the Straitsmen, the island’s beauty draws you to a paradise lost. Join us on a six day journey where you climb the heights of Mt.Strzelecki, walk on the stunning white beaches, swim in clear water, look for the famous Killiecrankie “diamonds”, walk over red granite rocks, fish for your dinner and see the unique mix of bird life that inhabits these beautiful islands.
